Once you request a hotel, you’ll receive an email from a KAX Advisor with additional information, including room rates and any special offers. When you book, we will provide a personal introduction to the hotel concierge who can help you book additional activities.

Your confirmation email will also include a link to fill out your online profile through Smartflyer Society. By filling out your preferences, we can inform the hotel of any specific wants and needs, like pillow types and welcome amenities. This is completely optional, but will help inform hotels of what you like and don’t like and you will only need to fill it out once—it’ll apply to all future bookings with KAX!

  • Other hotel booking services may not be displaying taxes and additional fees when showing the rate to you for the first time. And, many of those websites come with additional restrictions. By booking direct with KAX, you are receiving the best value and best service available.

  • Please contact KAX with any changes needed, but please note your booking is subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.

  • You sure can! Just include that information when you reach out to us.

  • Yes, you can give us your loyalty rewards numbers during the booking process to ensure you receive your points. However, you cannot use points to book a room with KAX.

  • You will receive an email confirming your booking. We will connect you directly with the concierge to help book any additional activities.

  • Yes, KAX will provide a final folio and offer post-stay surveys to ensure your experience met expectations.
