Wolli’s Adventure Park & Forest Trail

Designed with younger explorers in mind, this themed trail blends the fun of a treasure hunt with the beauty of Zermatt’s alpine forests. Children follow Wolli the black-nosed sheep—Zermatt’s cuddly mascot—along a path dotted with interactive signs, mini-quests and playful challenges that make learning about nature feel like an adventure.

The activities are hands-on and engaging, from spotting plants and wildlife to solving little puzzles that encourage curiosity about the mountain environment. The pace is gentle, the path well-marked and there are plenty of opportunities for breaks, making it easy for families with varying ages to enjoy together.

By the end, kids not only feel like they’ve had fun outdoors, but they also come away with a sense of discovery—plus a few bragging rights for completing Wolli’s trail.
